POLICY & SAFETY

NO TALKING OR PHONE USE DURING THE FEATURE
Talking and illuminated phone screens are disruptive and distracting, and are prohibited during movies. If you need to have a conversation, take a call or send a message, please step out into the lobby.

AGE POLICY
In tandem with our no talking policy, we do not admit children under the age of 6 to our regular screenings, as they are unlikely to be considerate audience members.  This includes infants.  There are occasional exceptions when we have kid-centric movies, and these will be clearly noted as "children allowed"on our website and app.  However, children of all ages are of course welcome to attend private screenings.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK
We are licensed a bar and restaurant, and as such do not allow outside food or drink of any kind to be consumed on our premises.

We do not tolerate harassment, discriminatory remarks or hate speech on our premises. Failure to comply with any of our policies or any direction by a staff member may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Refunds and ticket swaps are available for most purchases up until showtime, but please note that online service fees are not refundable. Visit the box office, call 541-686-3229, or email info@broadwaymetro.com to request a refund or exchange.

RESERVED SEATING
While certain screenings and events are general seating, we offer reserved seating for the majority of our shows. Seats may be reserved when purchasing advance tickets on our website or mobile app, or you may select a seat at the box office.

CLEANING AND AIR CIRCULATION

Even before the pandemic, our standard practice has been to wipe down our vinyl-upholstered seats with a disinfectant solution between every show.

Cinemas adhere to higher air-flow requirements than almost any other type of indoor public space. Recently upgraded high-capacity air handlers cycle in fresh air to our auditoriums 24/7, and each auditorium uses its own individual system, which means that at no point does air from one auditorium cycle through any other.

SAFETY
If you are showing symptoms of flu or feeling sick in any way, please stay home-- ticket refunds or rain checks are available for any cancellation requested before showtime. Just call or email and let us know you won't be able to attend. If you are immunocompromised, please consider a private screening at our sister cinema, the Metro, or enjoy a movie at home with our video rental service RetroVision Video, and doorstep delivery of our popcorn, treats and growlers from Grubhub!
